Ringkasan program

This program is to produce graduates who: have a strong foundation of knowledge in mathematics, science, and mechanical engineering and are equipped with skills in problem solving, design, teamwork, and communication that will serve them throughout their careers; are able to pursue successful careers as practicing mechanical engineers in manufacturing industries, energy and utility companies, and engineering consulting firms; are able to successfully pursue advanced studies in mechanical engineering; in related technical areas such as physics, applied mathematics, and other engineering disciplines; and in other professional fields; and are able to assume professional leadership roles. In this program, students are exploring venture capital, marketability of products, and technology transfer preparing to launch tomorrow’s successful businesses - while earning their engineering degrees. By taking these EFA courses, students will be able to obtain a certificate in the technological entrepreneurship program. Students completing the program will gain exposure to understanding sound business thinking, acquire team-building skills in both small and large companies, understand the entrepreneurial approach to acquiring and managing resources, learn how to create a business plan, and obtain valuable contacts and network opportunities with successful businesses and industries.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students must have completed academic upper secondary school (generally a total of 12-13 years of primary and secondary education), or a corresponding secondary school diploma or leaving certificate. They must meet above-average grades in a university-preparatory program. They should have completed the required amount of secondary school preparation in the following areas: mathematics four years, science three years, social studies two years, native language four years and single foreign language two years. Students whose first language is not in English must have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 530 on the paper-based test or 71 on the internet-based test for regular admission, or they should have a minimum International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.5.
