Ringkasan program
This program prepares students to design, develop, test, install, operate and maintain industrial automation and manufacturing systems including robots and other tools used in automated manufacturing. The major focus of the curriculum is factory automation. One of the keys to continued economic growth is a strong manufacturing sector. That strength will depend on well trained, forward looking, and innovative people in the manufacturing industries. These people will come from well structured manufacturing engineering and engineering technology programs.

The modules include MFET 2100, MFET 3110 Machining Principles and Processes 4, MFET 3250, MFET 3520, MFET 4190 Quality Assurance 3, MFET 4200 Engineering Cost Analysis 2, MFET 4210 CAD/CAM System Operations 3, MFET 4230, MFET 4780 Senior Design I 1and MFET 4790 Senior Design II 2; ENGR 1304 Engineering Graphics 3, ENGR 2301 Statics 3, ENGR 2332 Mechanics of Materials 4, ENGR 2405 Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering 4, ENGR 3450 Engineering Materials 3/3451 Engineering Materials Lab 1; MEET 3650 Design of Mechanical Components 3, MEET 3660, MEET 4360 Experimental Thermal Sciences 2; ELET 3970; MGMT 3830 Operations Management 3; CSCE 1020 Program Development 4; plus 5 hours of technical electives.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have graduated from an accredited high school and strongly recommend that students take the following classes in high school. Students should have a strong ‘B’ average and have completed three units of English and two units each of solid mathematics, social science and natural science. Students should have a minimum combined SAT (combined critical reading/verbal and math) score of 1180 or ACT composite of 26. International students should have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 79 (Internet-based), score of 550 (Paper-based) and score of 213 (Computer-based) and a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 overall band and also should have minimum MELAB (official version) score of 80 or higher.
