This new leading-edge program combines the strengths of traditional management principles and practices with the art and science of traditional and emerging communication strategies to provide the essentials and enhancements required for a successful career in business and the Christian community. Graduates will especially be prepared in such essential areas as management, leadership, team building, decision-making, critical thinking, and the knowledge of the relationship between communications strategies and the successful manager in today's fast-paced workplace. Students will be exposed to related theories, operations, practices, and technologies in both for-profit and non-profit arenas. It also provides preparatory training for law school, graduate school, public relations, sales, management, church management, ministerial communication, government work, and many other management and human interaction areas. Upon completion of the program students will have gained basic knowledge of management principles required by ministers and for other leadership functions, acquired skills and knowledge in general education areas that are foundation to life skills and further education, developed a basic understanding of organizational leadership and basic skills for effective public and private communications in the church setting and within other organizations.

Modul program

The Lower Division Courses must include at least one course in Math or Natural Science, one in Social Science or Behavioral Science, one in Humanities or Fine Arts and one in Communications (English). The foundation course, FD 1412 Management Intervention is strongly recommended for all students. The other courses include: MC 4401 Leadership Principles and Ethics, MC 4402 Communication in Professional Settings, MC 4403 Organizational Theory and Behavior, MC 4404 Human Relations and Problem Solving, MC 4405 Contemporary Supervision, MC 4406 Professional Public Relations, MC 4407 Management Principles, MC 4408 Money Management and Personal Finance, MC 4409 Conflict Management and Negotiation, NT 3403 Introduction and Survey of the New Testament, OT 3401 Introduction and Survey of the Old Testament, PH 4401 World Views: Islam, Humanism, Marxism, Christianity, TH 4405 Systematic Theology and General Electives.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicants should have a minimum TOEFL score of 440 for the paper examination version and 123 for the computer version or equivalent score of an approved equivalent test.
