Ringkasan program

This program is structured to prepare the graduate for the professional practice of engineering and/or graduate school. The curriculum emphasizes a rigorous treatment of the mathematical and scientific approach to the solution of engineering problems. It provides a coherent set of courses in energy conversion and structures/motion in mechanical systems. The program has design across the curriculum and is capped with an integrated design experience in the form of a senior project.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicant must have completed the equivalent of an American secondary school education (usually 12 years of formal education) and have the appropriate graduation diplomas or satisfactory leaving examination results. Applicants still attending their secondary school (usually the first 12 years of schooling and equivalent to a U.S. high school) or if they have taken fewer than 15 credits (generally four to five courses or one-half year of study) at an institution of higher education after satisfactorily completing their secondary schooling can also apply. They should have grade point average of 3.0 in college-prep courses with B average. They must have obtained minimum TOEFL scores of 550 for paper-based test, 213 for computer-based test, and 79 for internet-based test; or they should have IELTS minimum score of 6.0.
