Uraian Tempat

The Seminary officially began in the fall of 1986 with thirty students. Three Master of Arts degree programs and a three-year Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree were offered. With these decisions, Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary made a definite move from offering a post-secondary education to offering the elements of higher education in ministry training. The mission of Faith Baptist Bible College is to provide an intensive biblical, vocational, and general education on the college level with the goal of preparing students to minister effectively in Christian service through leadership positions in and through fundamental Baptist churches and other organizations of like convictions. It is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. It is also accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education. It is authorized under federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students and approved by the Iowa Department of Education. It is located in Ankeny, Iowa, just north of Des Moines, Iowa's capital.

The College offers two newer residence halls house the majority of the on-campus students, offering spacious rooms and suites beautifully furnished with stackable oak furniture that can be reconfigured to suit each student’s taste, individually heated and air conditioned, with lots of natural lighting and a private bath for each four-person suite. A fireplace upstairs and comfortable lounge on each floor adds to the homey atmosphere, along with a kitchen area where students can throw in a batch of cookies or frozen pizza for a late night study break. Other students prefer the quieter, tighter community in the four on-campus Dormitories, where they enjoy apartment-style living with a kitchenette and private bath per unit. All of the on-campus housing includes wireless internet access and convenient laundry facilities.
