Ringkasan program
This program looks at the connection between diet and health. Students learn how diet can play a crucial role in the cause, treatment, and prevention of many diseases. The nutrition and wellness option prepares students for work positions in program planning and evaluation for community, public health, non-profit, and corporate wellness programs addressing the growing public interest in nutrition, wellness, and preventative health. Students in the nutrition and wellness option learn about the role of nutrition and healthy eating for disease prevention and wellness. Graduates find careers in community nutrition, public health, and related programs as well as graduate study.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students should have enrolled in high school and college courses concurrently (regardless of the number of credits) or never attended college or have attempted fewer than 12 semester college credits since graduating from high school. International student’s should have a minimum English proficiency requirement may be met with one of the following exams such as TOEFL IBT score of 71 (minimum score of 17 in the speaking and writing sections); TOEFL PBT 530; IELTS score of 6.0 (minimum score of 5.5 in all sub-sections); SAT critical reading score of 420.
