Ringkasan program
This program prepares students for careers in a variety of settings includinglocal, state, regional and national parks and recreation areas. Through service learning courses and a 400 contact hourinternship, students have many opportunities to gain valuable work experience prior to graduation. Upon successfully completing the program, students are eligible to sit for the Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) national exam.

The modules include HEA 195 First Aid and Safety, REC 099 Freshman Orientation, REC 101 Introduction to Recreation and Leisure Services, HEA 191 Personal Health, REC 202 Recreation Program Planning, REC 207 Inclusive Recreation, REC 401 Research and Evaluation in Recreation, REC 403 Managing Recreation Areas and Facilities, REC 405 Organization and Administration of Recreation, REC 421 Professional Experience, REC 520 Leisure and Aging.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
A minimum TOEFL score of 500 (Paper-Based TOEFL) or 61 (Internet-Based TOEFL ) is required. An IELTS score of 5.0 on academic test ( with no band < 4.5 ) is considered.
