Ringkasan program
This program integrates the study of environmentally based tourism and hands-on management of outdoor recreation resources. Public recreation resources include parks, forests, wilderness areas, and other outdoor recreation environments at the local, regional, state, and federal government levels. It permits specialization in several types of private recreation businesses, including ski resorts, entrepreneurship, and ecotourism.
Modul program
The modules are as follows: Required courses: PRT 001, PRT 138, PRT 153, PRT 191 (three to six credits), PRT 235, PRT 040, PRT 255; three courses selected from PRT 050, PRT 157, PRT 158, PRT 230, PRT 258; and nine additional credits of professional electives to be chosen in consultation with an advisor.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have minimum entry requirements: four years of English; three years of mathematics (Algebra I, Algebra II and geometry (or equivalents); two years of the same foreign language (American Sign Language meets this requirement); two years of a natural or physical science, including a laboratory science; three years of social sciences. International students should have a minimum acceptable TOEFL score of both 550 for the paper-based and 79-80 for the iBT and a minimum of IELTS score of 6.5 is required for admission.
