Ringkasan program
This program is designed to help students acquire the knowledge and skills needed to pursue effective careers in the human resource field. This program prepares individuals to assume specialist, generalist and managerial positions in HR departments in the private, public and nonprofit sectors. After gaining a fundamental grounding in the liberal arts and sciences and a comprehensive business education through the BBA core, students acquire a practical, functional HRM education that allows them to compete in the HRM job market.

The program modules include: MGT 3300 Management: A Behavioral Approach 3 credits, MGT 3800 Management and Society 3 credits, MGT 4400 Human Resource Management 3 credits, MGT 4310 Organizational Design 3 credits, MGT 4330 Organizational Behavior: A Micro Perspective 3 credits, MGT 4340 Organizational Analysis and Development 3 credits, MGT 4380 The Management of Organizational Productivity 3 credits, MGT 4420 The Management of Compensation 3 credits, MGT 4430 Employee Development and Training 3 credits, MGT 4460 Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining 3 credits, MGT 4480 Conflict Management Procedures 3 credits, MGT 4880 Management of Multnational Corporations 3 credits.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students should possess a high school education or equivalent. Students must demonstrate their English proficiency, they should submit scores from either the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic format/level test. TOEFL score of 105 out of 120 or an IELTS score of 7 is required. There is no minimum SAT/ACT score or GPA. For reference, the average SAT score is a 1220 (Math & Verbal), the average ACT score is a 26 and the average GPA is an 87%.
