Ringkasan program
This program focuses on creating and managing customers. It deals with the strategies and business processes involved in researching markets, deciding which markets to pursue, identifying what unique value to provide, and assembling the products, services, people, and partner firms needed to build, communicate and deliver that value.

The courses are:Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Fundamentals of Distribution, Marketing Communications,Business Logistics, Retailing, Sales Force Management, Advertising Campaign Management, Senior Honors Seminar, Senior Honors Seminar, Marketing Research, International Marketing, Food Marketing Issues and Strategies, Independent Study in Marketing, Marketing Internship, Marketing Management.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students under age 21 and have no previous college credit either ACT or SAT scores are required. The scores of TOEFL are also required. East Tennessee State University requires a total score of 61 or better for undergraduate study. They should have minimum grade point average of 2.3 on a 4.0 scales or minimum ACT composite score of 19 (or equivalent SAT score).
