Ringkasan program
This program has two distinct tracks - Investment and Development. BBA real estate majors who choose the real estate investment track will take four required real estate courses and additional four elective courses (from a total of 11 elective courses, one of them must be either RES4200 or RES4400). Students who choose the real estate development track will take six core required courses and two elective courses (from a list of 7 courses).
Modul program
The program modules include: ACC 2101 Principles of Accounting, ACC 2203 Principles of Managerial Accounting for Non-accounting Majors, BPL 5100 Business Policy, BUS 1000 Introduction to Business, CIS 2200 Introduction to Information Systems and Technologies, LAW 1101 Fundamentals of Business Law, FIN 3000 Principles of Finance, MGT 3120 Fundamentals of Management, MGT 3121 Production and Operations Management, MKT 3000 Marketing Foundations. The investment track (24 credits): the required courses (12 credits) are RES 3000 Real Estate Law, Markets and Institutional Settings 3 credits, RES 3200 Property Investment and Financing 3 credits, RES 3300 Real Estate Valuation and Feasibility Study 3 credits, RES 3400 Real Estate Capital Markets 3 credits. The elective courses (12 Credits): one of the four courses must be either RES 4200 or RES 4400: RES 3550 Analytical Skills in Real Estate 3 credits, RES 3700 Real Estate Management 3 credits, RES 3800 Real Estate Construction Process: Building, Cost, and Management Issues 3 credits, RES 3900 Real Estate Development: Principles and Guidelines 3 credits, RES 4000 The Law of Real Estate Transactions 3 credits, RES 4200 Investment Strategies in Property Markets 3 credits, RES 4400 Valuations and Underwriting of Securitized Real Estate 3 credits, RES 3320 Urban Economics 3 credits, ECO 4000 Statistical Analysis for Economics and Finance 3 credits, FIN 3610 Corporate Finance 3 credits, FIN 3710 Investment Analysis 3 credits.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students should possess a high school education or equivalent. Students must demonstrate their English proficiency, they should submit scores from either the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic format/level test. TOEFL score of 105 out of 120 or an IELTS score of 7 is required. There is no minimum SAT/ACT score or GPA. For reference, the average SAT score is a 1220 (Math & Verbal), the average ACT score is a 26 and the average GPA is an 87%.
