Ringkasan program
The forensic chemistry specialization provides a focussed curriculum which prepares the student for the forensic chemistry courses offered in the department, emphasizes areas of importance to a career as a forensic chemist, and provides exposure to the details of a career in forensic chemistry. Since state-of-the-art instruments are major tools for the modern forensic chemist, the curriculum that we offer emphasizes the development of a firm understanding and good techniques in analytical chemistry and modern instrumentation.
Modul program
The courses are: Chemistry 439, 396-2 (Chemistry 396 will involve research on problems of interest to the State Crime Lab or a formal internship at the State Crime Lab. The latter is subject to availability and approval of the Crime Lab).
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Applicant should have secondary school certificates or mark sheet and all college/university transcripts. They should also submit the scores from the American College Test (ACT) or the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) and should have a bank statement or letter from their sponsor, with the financial statement attached, and return it with their admission application. Successful completion of the TOEFL examination with the following scores - 520 (PB), 190 (CB), 68 (IB) and score of 6.5 on the IELTS Exam are required for admission.
