This is one of the fastest growing and exciting fields in the country today. The HMP program at Oregon State University is appropriate for those who want to manage clinics and health programs in a wide range of institutions, both public and private. The degree also prepares students for public and private sector careers in public health policy, planning, and advocacy. In addition, a degree in health management and policy is appropriate for those who plan to manage or direct programs in international health agencies. The curriculum provides students with the necessary skills for contemporary health management practice and policy analysis. The graduates find ready employment in federal and state agencies, in the long-term care industry, in the analysis of public health policies and as managers of hospitals, clinics, HMOs and health departments.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicants must have an excellent academic record (a minimum 3. 0 on a 4.0 scale or "B" grade average or equivalent) from an accredited or recognized institution to be admitted to Oregon State University. International students must have the following GPA scores: Paper score of 550; Internet score of 80 (Minimum score of 16 on each section) and IELTS score of 6.5.
