The international business program prepares the graduate to be effective in modern organizations that compete in a global environment.
Modul program
The following are the modules: Required (12): Functional concentration in one of the following four areas: MKTG: MKTG 416 plus 9 MKTG credits at the 300/400 level as approved by adviser, MGMT: MGMT 470 plus 9 MGMT credits at the 300/400 level as approved by adviser, FIRE: FIRE 473 plus 9 FIRE credits at the 300/400 level as approved by adviser, ECON: ECON 474 plus 9 ECON credits at the 300/400 level as approved by adviser, Required (9): 3 of the following 4 courses (not already taken in the functional concentration): MKTG 416, MGMT 470, FIRE 473, ECON 474. Electives (6): 3 credits from IB electives approved by adviser (can be an additional course in the area of functional concentration). 3 credits of study abroad or other credit bearing international experience as approved by adviser.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Applicants must have four years of English including composition and literature, three years of social studies including one year each of U.S. history and geography, three years of math including two years of algebra and one of geometry, two years of the same world language, one year in an area of the arts, three years of science including one year of each of a biological and physical science and one year laboratory experience. International applicants must satisfy one of the following requirements: meet the score of 61 on the internet-based TOEFL (iBT) or 500 for the Institutional (paper) TOEFL or 500 standard on International (paper) Test Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Apart from this they must also have 5.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), 70 on Michigan, SAT critical reading score of 370, graduation from an English-medium high school with a 2.5 (cumulative equivalent) GPA or higher.
