Ringkasan program

This program consists of 27 hours beyond the business foundation courses, six hours of electives in logistics and a capstone course. Logistics course work includes courses such as global logistics management, strategic marketing channels, e-logistics, business transportation, advanced logistics problems and a paid internship. Successful completion of the program leads to advanced opportunity for professional certification from the American Society of Transportation and Logistics (ASTL). The course work is generally conceptual in nature, with analysis and numerical (college algebra) problem solving courses toward the end of the program. In addition, they will be required to participate in a paid internship after completing at least two core courses. Paid internships are available from a variety of local firms with extensive focus on logistics and supply chain processes. Internship wages in the last year have averaged more than $14 per hour.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students must have graduated from an accredited high school and strongly recommend that students take the following classes in high school. Students should have a strong ‘B’ average and have completed three units of English and two units each of solid mathematics, social science and natural science. Students should have a minimum combined SAT (combined critical reading/verbal and math) score of 1180 or ACT composite of 26. International students should have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 79 (Internet-based), score of 550 (Paper-based) and score of 213 (Computer-based) and a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 overall band and also should have minimum MELAB (official version) score of 80 or higher.
