Ringkasan program
The Undergraduate management concentration in Management Information Systems is geared towards servicing the needs of students and their prospective employers in two ways. The curriculum provides students with marketable job skills by teaching them material that is of immediate usefulness in entry-level positions. For example, students can gain depth in the areas of software development using database technology, or fourth-generation languages or C. Also, emerging trends and issues in information systems theory and applications are emphasized in order to better serve those students who rise to managerial esponsibility. Thus, students are prepared to use their practical knowledge in a decision-making capacity.
Modul program
The courses are: MIS 323 - Information Systems Analysis and Design (required for all students in the MIS concentration), MIS 333 - Database Management Systems, MIS 363 - Information Technology Hardware and Software, MIS 383 - Business Telecommunications, MIS 470 - Programming in Visual Basic, MIS 473 - Information Systems Development Project, MIS 480 - Special Topics in MIS.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students should be a high school graduate. They must have SAT or ACT scores. Non native English speakers must have TOEFL or IELTS or SAT I Verbal scores. The minimum TOEFL scores are: Paper-based: 550; Computer-based: 213; Internet-based: 80. IELTS score is: 6.5, with no individual bands below 5.0; SAT I Verbal minimum score of 500.
