The nutrition science and health sciences degree option is designed for students who want to focus in the scientific basis of nutrition for careers in medicine and the health sciences or in nutrition science research. Tracks within the option allow students to specifically focus and prepare for careers in medicine and the allied health sciences or for academia and/or health-related research. Professionals trained in nutrition science have many career options due to the growth and aging of the population, the focus on prevention of obesity and other chronic diseases, and a growing emphasis on health, nutrition, and wellness.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicants must have an excellent academic record (a minimum 3. 0 on a 4.0 scale or "B" grade average or equivalent) from an accredited or recognized institution to be admitted to Oregon State University. International students must have the following GPA scores: Paper score of 550; Internet score of 80 (Minimum score of 16 on each section) and IELTS score of 6.5.
