University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is located on over 700 acres of land, including the Bay of Green Bay, and is home to 6,100 students. The University offers three types of housing on campus — residence halls, apartment style residence halls, and traditional apartments. The residence halls are completely furnished and offer students a private bathroom and shower in every room, vanity area and sink, in a room shared by two students. Every Residence Hall Room Offers: Private bathroom and shower, Vanity area with sink, High-speed Internet access,Cable television, Furniture including dressers, desks, and desk chairs, Carpeted rooms, Blinds or drapes, Double closets. The apartment-style residence halls offer students the option of having their own bedroom available in a four-person, four-bedroom apartment-style suite for added privacy. Completely furnished apartments include large kitchens, moveable wardrobes, and large bathrooms. Features include: Spacious kitchens with full-size refrigerator and range, Private bathroom and shower, Double vanity sinks separate from shower area, High-speed internet access, Cable television, Beds that can be lofted, Nicely furnished rooms with dressers, desks, and desk chairs, Lamp in the hutch over each desk, Carpeted rooms, Blinds or drapes. The traditional apartments have two bedrooms and are intended for four students. Kitchenettes provide a full-size refrigerator, smaller stove, and cabinets. A limited number of one-bedroom units designed for two students and efficiency apartments designed for one student, are also available. Special Features: Kitchenettes with full-size refrigerator and smaller range, Shared bedrooms in two bedroom apartments, Double sink vanities, separate from shower area, Double closets, High-speed internet access in each room, one connection per student, Cable television, Nicely furnished rooms with dressers, desks, and desk chairs.
