This program is designed to increase the learning and performance capacities of individuals and organizations. It prepares scholar/practitioners to develop and facilitate interventions designed to enhance individual and organization performance. This program combines adult education and Human Resource Development (HRD) theory and best practices to advance professionals interested in improving the capacity of individual and organization development within the workplace. It will prepare graduates for leadership, teaching and research careers.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicant should be a graduate of a regionally accredited institution in the U.S., or of a similar foreign university whose requirements for the bachelor's degree are substantially equivalent to those at the University of Arkansas, may be considered for admission to the Graduate School. In addition to this, they should have equivalent of at least 16 years schooling; have pursued a curriculum comparable to one at the University of Arkansas; have earned at least a 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) grade point average on the last 60 hours of bachelor's degree course work (approximately last two years of a four-year degree program). International students should have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 550 on paper- based) test 79 on internet-based test or a 6.5 on the IELTS.
