Ringkasan program
This degree is intended to add depth in computer science to an undergraduate degree. Many students use a Master's degree to further an existing career as a computer professional; others use the program as an opportunity to change career paths. Many of these students have majors in disciplines other than computer science; students with particularly weak computer science background will be required to take additional courses before being accepted into the Master's program. Research areas include algorithm design and analysis, combinatorial design, computational biology, database design and management, data mining and knowledge discovery, discrete modeling, knowledge-based systems, neural networks, numerical methods, parallel and scientific computing, pattern recognition, programming languages, and software engineering. Students choosing the thesis option must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours, including minimum 21 credits of coursework and 6 credits of thesis research.

The modules are as follows: Core Courses: CS201 Operating Systems, CS222 Computer Architecture, CS224 Analysis of Algorithms, CS243 Theory of Computation.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline with satisfactory scores on the Graduate Record Examination general (aptitude) section. International students should have a minimum acceptable TOEFL score of 80 on the internet based, 213 on the computer based, 550 on the paper based and a minimum of IELTS score of 6.5 is required for admission.
