Students must have earned a four-year baccalaureate degree or higher degree from an accredited college or university, equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3.0/4.0 G.P.A. over the last 60 semester hours or 90-quarter hours. Students should have secured a minimum score of 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer-based) on the test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
