Ringkasan program
This program offers an interdisciplinary program of advanced study focused on the role of food in society, health and commerce. This highly selective program prepares students for a wide variety of careers in the food professions. The curriculum is flexible and tailored to the particular goals and interests of each student. In consultation with an advisor and a doctoral committee, students develop doctoral research projects that focus on food, food behavior, food management or other food related topics. Requirements for specific courses are determined at the time of matriculation.

Specific Research Methods (or others by advisement) 3 points: E10.2132 Principles of Empirical Research (3), E10.2134 Experimental and Quasi-experimental Design and Analysis Research (3), E10.2135 Historical Research (3), E10.2137 Aesthetic Inquiry (3), E10.2139 Survey and Correlation Research (3), E10.2140 Qualitative Field Research: Design Analysis I (3), and E10.2141 Qualitative Field Research: Design and Analysis II (3).
