Ringkasan program
This program is designed to create a flexible environment where the student is able to obtain the basics of research methods and then embark on a research project early in the program. Students must contact faculty members and get involved in ongoing or new research projects early in the program. Similarly, the program provides flexibility for a faculty member(s) to guide the student to courses that will have the maximum value for completing their dissertations. In addition, the students will have written publishable quality manuscripts at the end of the program.
Modul program
The statistics and research methodology competencies are demonstrated through the successful completion of five required courses: MNGT 8400 Advanced Quantitative Methods I, MNGT 8410 Advanced Quantitative Methods II, MNGT 8420 Advanced Quantitative Methods III, MNGT 8030 Research Methods in Management I, MNGT 8040 Research Methods in Management II. Seminar courses include MNGT 6960 Readings in Management (designated for at-large manuscript), MNGT 7990 Research and Thesis (designated for empirical manuscript), MNGT 8010 MIS Research Seminar I, MNGT 8020 MIS Research Seminar II, MNGT 8500 Advanced MITI Research Seminar, MNGT 8660 Research in Information Technology Strategy, MNGT 8960 Doctoral Seminar in Management I, MNGT 8970 Doctoral Seminar in Management II, MNGT 8990 Research Seminar.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students to be considered for admission must have completed a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited college or university. They must have obtained an acceptable scores on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or Graduate Records Examination (GRE). Also students whose native language is not English must demonstrate their proficiency with a TOEFL scores of at least 550 on the written test (213 on the computer-based test, 79 on the Internet based test), if the internet-based test is taken, students must score 16 or above on all sections (reading, writing, listening, speaking). Score above 6.5 on the IELTS will also be considered.
