The Doctorate of Education (Ed.D) in Organization Development (OD) is a program designed for working professionals like you. Classes involve a combination of intensive, face-to-face course meetings on 5-7 weekends per calendar year in Minneapolis, coupled with virtual learning, and one week-long residency during the summer. By earning the doctorate in organization development, the students will be able to Work effectively as a reflective organization development practitioner. Demonstrate knowledge, ability and expertise for a sound organization development practice. Conduct research pertinent to organization development. Demonstrate skills and knowledge in consulting, organizational culture assessment, change management, group facilitation and intervention techniques.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

The applicant must hold a Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university or its equivalent. A minimum scores in Test of English as a Foreign Language 550 Paper-based, 213 Computer-based, 80 Internet- based with a minimum score of 20 for both the writing, and speaking sections of the test School code 6110. Michigan English Language Assessment Battery 80, International English Language Testing System, 6.5 for graduate programs. Master's programs require a bachelor's degree (or the equivalent degree if earned outside the U.S.) for admission. An overall grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.7 meets minimum requirements, but applicants with lower GPAs will be considered based on their professional experience.Admissions test results. Miller Analogies Test (MAT) score of 55 or 390 (less than five years old), a cumulative Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score of 1500 or 420 verbal/550 quantitative/4.0 analytical writing or a GMAT score of 510 preferred.
