Informasi mengenai akomodasi
Ohio University is a residential campus, all first- and second-year students live in one of the university's 42 residence halls. Residential facilities are divided into freshman and upper class halls. Some halls are all male or all female, while others are coed. Students have the opportunity, upon completing a housing contract, to indicate their preference of room size and location. A variety of living environments are available to choose from, including academic emphasis and substance-free halls. Resident assistants (RAs) staff each residential hall. Students with meal plans may access any of the four operating dining halls on campus with a valid student I.D. card. First-year and second-year students choose one of the following six meal plans to meet their needs: Super 20, Flex 14, Super 14, 20, 14, and 10. Because parking is limited in and around Athens, freshmen are not permitted to register vehicles with the university. The Department of Campus Safety consists of the Ohio University Police Department and the safety patrol, campus escort service. For Graduate Students University apartments give priorities to families, residence halls on campus are convenient to athletic/band fields, classrooms, dining facilities, and recreational facilities and are selected based on the proximity of the residence hall to the main on campus activity. Campus dining options range from traditional cafeteria style meals to picnics, box lunches, BBQ’s, formal banquets, and themed parties. For more information or to book on-campus accommodations, contact Nikki Ohms, Assistant Director of Housing at (740) 593-4084 or mail housing@ohio.edu.
