The doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.) degree with a program emphasis in higher education, administered by the Graduate School and offered by the Department of Educational Policy and Administration (EdPA), provides an opportunity for intensive study of the policies and organizational issues in higher education institutions and systems.
Modul program
The program core is a set of courses prescribed by the program emphasis. Students are expected to complete the program core within the first two years of full-time graduate study or within the first three years of part-time study. EDPA 5701—U.S. Higher Education (3 cr), EDPA 5704—College Students Today (3 cr), EDPA 8702—Administration and Leadership in Higher Education (3 cr), EDPA 8703—Public Policy in Higher Education (3 cr), EDPA electives (must be in higher education) (9 cr)
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
All components of the individual application records are considered in the admissions process and decisions. They required A master’s degree or equivalent Preferred performance levels 3.0 or above undergraduate grade point average, 3.5 or above graduate grade point average, 500 Verbal, 500 Quantitative and 4.5 Analytical Writing Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores. 550 on Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or 6.5 on International English Language Testing System (IELTS) for international students.

The new College of Education and Human Development is a world leader in discovering, creating, sharing, and applying principles and practices of multiculturalism and multidisciplinary scholarship to advance teaching and learning and to enhance the psychological, physical, and social development of children, studentsth, and adults across the lifespan in families, organizations, and communities. One way of measuring the quality of the College’s work is its ability to attract private support. Endowments and other gifts give the College the ability to attract world-class faculty. Currently the College has 16 endowed chairs and professorships, totaling more than $8 million.

The department should take responsibility for helping the individual (and dependents, if any) locate housing. International Student and Scholar Services has a list of local hotels and motels in the Twin Cities. Temporary housing for scholars coming without studentsng children can be arranged in some of the University residence halls.
