Ringkasan program
A major in German consists of 28 hours. German majors must complete the internationally recognized Zertifikat Deutsch examination with a passing grade (minimum of "ausreichend bestanden").

The modules include GER 111-112. Beginning German I and II (4 hours), GER 251-252. Intermediate German I and II (3 hours), GER 253S-353S. German Studies Abroad (Variable credit; up to 15 hours), GER 285. Intermediate Oral Practice (1 hour), GER 311. Conversation and Composition (3 hours), GER 321. Contemporary German Society and Culture (3 hours), GER 351. German Literature, Culture, and Society I (3 hours), GER 352. German Literature, Culture, and Society II (3 hours), GER 353. German Literature, Culture, and Society III (3 hours), GER 385. Special Topics in German (Subtitle), (1-3 hours), GER 411. Advanced Stylistics (2 hours), GER 425. Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Applicants must have minimum TOEFL score of 525 for undergraduates and 550 for graduate students and they need to submit the results of SAT and/or ACT score(s). In order to graduate in honors in French, German, Latin or Spanish should attain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0; (4) attain a 3.75 grade point average in language courses.
