University of Richmond is a private, highly selective, liberal arts university founded in 1830. The University of Richmond has numerous housing options including 14 residence halls for men and women, the University Forest Apartments and several living and learning programs. Some halls feature traditional floor plans, while others are suite style. First-year men are housed in all male residence halls which include Dennis, Marsh, and Wood Halls; and women are housed in all female residence halls which include Lora Robins Court, Moore, Robins and Jeter Halls. First-year residence halls typically have a traditional floor plan of double rooms and hall bathrooms, but triple and single rooms are a possibility. University Forest Apartments are two-bedroom units available to senior and junior students.
