Ringkasan program
The Engineering programs offer a Master of Science in engineering degree program. Students in this program may design their own program of studies by choosing courses from Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science. The program is designed to serve the following: those engineers in business and industry who want to continue their formal engineering education at the postgraduate level; new engineering graduates who want to increase their depth of knowledge and develop an area of specialization; those graduates from other related science and engineering disciplines who want to broaden their backgrounds by pursuing engineering studies at the graduate level.The program responds to the increasingly complex interdisciplinary engineering needs by frequent course content evaluation and offering new courses in response to recommendation from our constituents. The MSE program strives to maintain applied research partnerships between education and industry. The ultimate goal of the MSE is to prepare Electrical and Mechanical Engineers for leadership roles in technology based industries.

A secondary school certificate in from an accredited institute. An quality point average of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 grading scale for the last 60 hours attempted. Test of English as Foreign Language Students who do not use English as their first language must demonstrate ability to study in English by submitting a score of at least 500 on the written test or 173 on the computer based test. Some programs require higher scores. Graduate Record Examination, Graduate Management Admission Test, The Educational Testing Service code for Minnesota State Mankato is 6677.GRE scores are also required and the quantitative section score must be at least 700/800.
