Uraian Tempat

The Department of Information, Operations, and Management Sciences was created in September 2001 as a merger of three of Stern's distinguished faculty groups: the Department of Information Systems, the Department of Operations Management, and the Department of Statistics and Operations Research. The new department combines the considerable existing strengths and capabilities of its three constituent departments, and in addition, capitalizes on some of the significant synergies among these groups.

Informasi mengenai akomodasi

The University provides housing facilities to its freshmen students in 7 of its residence halls. There are two types of residences provided which are apartment style and traditional style. Apartment style residences include two to three room suites which can accommodate up to six students and are provided at a low cost also. Traditional style residences include shared studios and one to two room suites accommodating up to 5 students. University housing is very limited and only available to full-time students, which requires that they enroll for 12 credits each semester. If they would like to be considered for housing, a completed admissions application must be submitted to the Office of Admissions by the priority deadline for the fall term.
