Ringkasan program
The College of Law requires that all JD candidates earn 90 credits hours, 43 of which are filled by taking required courses and 47 of which are filled by taking elective courses. For students enrolled in the JD / MSHA program, the College of Law will accept as course credit 12 semester hours of 8000 level MSHA courses. Students must earn a grade of B or better to receive law credit for their MSHA course work. The Robinson College of Business requires that all MSHA candidates earn 36 credit hours, 24 of which are filled by taking required courses and 12 of which are filled by taking courses in a concentration. For students enrolled in the JD / MSHA program, the College of Business will accept as course credit 15 semester hours of elective law courses from the JD curriculum: twelve hours will be given for any law elective courses and 3 credit hours will be given for LAW 7239 Health Law: Liability or LAW 7240 Health Law: Regulation in place of HA 8450 Legal Environment of Health care. Students must earn a grade of 80 (which is the equivalent of a B) to receive College of Business credit for their College of Law course work.
