Ringkasan program
This program is aimed primarily at international students seeking an intensive one-year program of academic training in the legal regulation of U.S. and global business activity. The program is built around a rigorous and broadly based curriculum that starts with a required course in U.S. corporation law and includes an exceptionally rich array of courses in finance, bankruptcy, securities regulation, and numerous specialized seminars.
