Ringkasan program
This program is for students can opt to pursue an MA degree first and then apply to the PhD program upon completion of the MA. This may be the best option for students who are uncertain as to whether they wish to continue for the PhD degree, because the MA degree is completed in the least amount of time. However, the PhD degree may itself take longer than it would in a combined program, and requires a sharp change in focus between years 2 and 3 of graduate study. This program allows for maximum efficiency overall, and permits students to pursue both research and clinical training simultaneously, rather than sequentially.

Students should typically demonstrate a minimum GPA of 3.2 from a master's degree program or from a baccalaureate program in hearing and speech sciences or a related discipline, along with strong GRE scores. International applicants should demonstrate a proficiency in the English language by taking the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
