This program prepares the student for entry-level executive positions as generalists in the areas of personnel and human resources in organizations or for comparable positions in consulting firms that offer their services in these areas. It shares a common core of five courses with other concentrations in industrial and organizational psychology, but places additional emphasis on theory and practice at the organizational level of organizational activity.

Applicants seeking admission must have a bachelor degree. Students whose native language is not English must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). They must demonstrate their proficiency in English with a minimum TOEFL test scores of 520 on paper-based or 190 on computer Based or 69 on internet-based test.
