The School of Law has offered excellence in legal education to men and women from across the country and around the world for nearly 100 years. The school's innovative, broad-based curriculum draws on the interdisciplinary strengths of Loyola University Chicago to train tomorrow's lawyers to be counselors, planners, mediators, arbitrators, judges, policy makers and litigators. Today, nearly 1,000 students enrolled in the School of Law take advantage of classes taught by full-time faculty and by part-time faculty who are practicing attorneys in greater Chicago. Law classes take place in the Loyola Law Center, 25 E. Pearson St., on Loyola's Water Tower Campus, just off North Michigan Avenue, Chicago's Magnificent Mile. The Law Center features classrooms and lecture halls equipped with the latest technology, facilities for legal clinics and a courtroom for practice.

Housing facilities for upper-class undergraduate and graduate students are available at Baumhart Hall and Terry Student Center. The halls having facilities which include 24-hour security staff; food court with late-night cafe; state-of-the-art fitness center; study lounge; University chapel; Flapjaws Cafe; University gift and bookstore; outdoor terrace; laundry room; smoke-free and pet-free; and rent includes all utilities, heat and air-conditioning, cable and high-speed Internet access. Other halls for undergraduate students Canisius Hall; Fairfield Hall; Fordham Hall; Georgetown Hall; Holy Cross Hall; LeMoyne Hall; Marquette Hall; Rockhurst Hall; Saint Louis Hall; Santa Clara Hall; Seattle Hall; Spring Hill Hall; and Xavier Hall.
