Students must have one of the following: bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and satisfying at least one of the following criteria: “B” average or better in all work attempted while registered as an undergraduate student working for a degree or “B” or better average in all work attempted while registered as an upper division undergraduate student working for a baccalaureate degree. They should have a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and a previous graduate degree from a regionally accredited institution and the equivalent bachelors and/or graduate degrees from a foreign institution. They should have a minimum GRE score of 1000 (verbal plus quantitative), competitive scores will be at least 600 verbal, 600 quantitative and 5.0 analytic. Students should have a minimum TOEFL total score of 79 on the internet-based test, 213 on the computer-based test, or 550 on the paper-based test. The TOEFL requirement may be waived if the students meets one of the following conditions: have scored 500 or higher on the GRE verbal test; earned a college degree at a U.S. institution of higher learning; earned a college degree from an institution whose language of instruction is English (must be noted on the transcript) or scored 6.5 on International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
