Ringkasan program

This program prepares students for careers or advanced research and academic pursuits in urban and regional planning. Graduates can expect employment in transportation, regional planning, housing and community development, land use planning, environmental planning, and international development inter alia. Graduates may also opt to embark on work leading to the Ph.D. or other advanced degrees in these fields.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students must have a baccalaureate degree or its equivalent from an accredited college or university in the US or equivalent institution abroad. They must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (on a 4-point scale) over the last 60 (upper division) credit hours of undergraduate work, and a combined (verbal and quantitative) GRE score of at least 1000 with no less than 400 on either of the two portions of the test. A score of 3.5 in the essay section may be considered in lieu of the 400 minimum on the verbal portion. Students should have a minimum TOEFL total score of 79 on the internet-based test, 213 on the computer-based test, or 550 on the paper-based test. The TOEFL requirement may be waived if the students meets one of the following conditions: have scored 500 or higher on the GRE verbal test; earned a college degree at a U.S. institution of higher learning; earned a college degree from an institution whose language of instruction is English (must be noted on the transcript) or scored 6.5 on International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
