Ringkasan program
This rigorous and innovative program will equip students to be a professional interior designer, as well as to develop and hone their creative processes in their pursuit of design excellence. They will learn design theory, environmental psychology, graphic communication skills, and design for ergonomic, accessibility, functional, and cultural needs. Their practical skills will be complemented with design theory, critical thinking skills, and other knowledge that will make sure they continue growing and evolving as the needs of our global populations change.

Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered for admission to graduate study toward a master’s degree: hold an earned bachelor’s degree from a college or university that is accredited by its regional accrediting association, satisfy one of the following: an undergraduate cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (all undergraduate course work, including work completed prior to the baccalaureate degree, is used to calculate the GPA); a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in the latter half of the baccalaureate; an acceptable combination of cumulative GPA on the baccalaureate and score on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) if the intended program is the master of business administration or the master of science in accounting; a minimum 3.0 GPA in 9 semester hours of graduate work approved by the chairperson of the major department, approved in advance by the graduate dean, as well as, obtain a score on a standardized admission test with national norms and meet departmental or program admission requirements.
