The program requires 18 foundation course credits, 13 elective course credits, and a 2-credit research project related to language instruction as the culminating exercise for the degree for a total of 33 credits. This degree is designed for In-service teachers of foreign language, English, English as a Second Language who want to pursue a Master's degree, It provides opportunity for exploration of several dimensions of language instruction, including psycholinguistics and second-language learning, cultural and psychological aspects of language acquisition, theories and instructional systems of language teaching, computer-managed language instruction and performance criteria as applied to language instruction.

All the applicants are required to hold a bachelor degree in the related field from an accredited institution or university. The transcripts must be translated into English and be officially certified with a seal that it is an accurate and true translation. If these instructions are not followed, the transcript will be returned to the student. Forward proof of English proficiency through the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The University has strict requirements in this area and a minimum score of 515 (paper test) or 187 (computer- based test) on the TOEFL is essential. The Scores of GMAT, GRE are Essential.Standard Teacher License.A cumulative grade point ratio of 3.25 CGPR in the first 9 credits of the M.A. program which then must be maintained at the same level to complete the program.The student must submit a professional portfolio which includes evidence of A standard teaching certificate, Successful teaching (observational report) A writing sample, Submit an undergraduate transcript indicating that the student has maintained a cumulative GPA of 2.75. Students who have not maintained a 2.75 GPA in undergraduate work may be accepted provisionally. Those students will be matriculated if they maintain a 3.25 GPA through the first nine credits of the M.A. program, Submit two letter of recommendation (one from the supervisor) that address the following, Quality of teacher and evidence of commitment to the field of education, Potential for leadership, Provide evidence of successful completion of PRAXIS, Graduate Records Exam or Miller Analogies Test, or submission of a performance portfolio and evidence of successful teaching and scholarship.
