Ringkasan program
This program prepares students to serve as reflective decision makers in instructional settings for diverse learners. The SPMA faculty believe that a teacher preparation program should emphasize roles and responsibilities that integrate the strengths of learners, parents, general education teachers, special education teachers, related service professionals, and the community. A combination of learning opportunities that include a coordinated knowledge base, diverse school-based practicums, and internship experiences are designed to facilitate the development of logical, critical, and reflective thinking skills. These skills will enable students to synthesize information and conceptualize knowledge that prepare them as future educators to effectively plan, develop, problem solve, and implement programs for diverse learners.

The Students must have an undergraduate grade point average, based on a 4.0 system, of 3.0 overall, 3.0 for the last 60 semester hours in a degree program, or 3.0 for a completed graduate degree program. The student must have a 1000 on the GRE general test, a score at the 50th percentile on the MAT, or a 500 on the GMAT, Admission test scores must be less than five years old. Submit a score on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) General Test or entrance examination appropriate to the graduate program of interest. The minimum score for admission to a degree program is 550 on the paper-based TOEFL, 213 on the computerized TOEFL, or 79 iBT. The minimum score for admission to a degree program is 6.5 in IELTS.
