Ringkasan program
This program couples the Master of Community Planning and Master of Landscape Architecture degrees. Students who have earned their degree in landscape architecture are eligible to participate in this joint degree program. They must have taken CPLN 7460: Digital Applications for Planning, Design and Development during their first two years of the Master of Landscape Architecture curriculum. Students complete a total of thirty-six (36) CPLN-listed credit hours Including CPLN 7460 to earn this joint degree.

The courses offered in fall: CPLN 7200: Urban Design Studio (6), CPLN 7240: Quantitative Methods (3), CPLN 7450: Planning History (3), Spring: CPLN 7400: Community Planning Studio (6), CPLN 7430: Planning Law, Ethics and Implementation (3), CPLN 7620: Research Methods (3), Fall: LAND 7500: Thesis Studio (6), LAND 7510: Advanced Research Topics (3), CPLN 7440: Planning Theory (3), Spring: LAND 7420: Landscape History Seminar (3), CPLN 7800: Synthesis Project (6) OR Comprehensive Exam + Directed Electives (6).
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students to be considered for admission must have completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution, or the equivalent from an international institution with good academic good standing in the institution last attended. They must have obtained any one of the following scores: a GPA of at least 2.75 on all undergraduate course work at an accredited United States institution in fulfillment of the requirements for a baccalaureate degree; a GPA of at least 3.0 on all graduate course work at an accredited United States institution in fulfillment of the requirements for a graduate degree; or an acceptable GRE scores. Also students whose native language is not English must demonstrate their proficiency in English language either with a TOEFL scores of at least 550 on the written test (213 on the computer based test, 79 on the Internet Based Test with 16 in each section) or IELTS scores of at least 6.5.
