Ringkasan program
The program features a refined focus that is unique; jointly housed in the School of Architecture and the McWhorter School of Building Science. It delivers the development and study of high performance projects in the built environment via a dynamically collaborative and integrated framework. The program will also approach delivery from a broad perspective that will encompass a variety of other current and successful models founded upon the integration of the disciplines. The construction track is designed for graduates interested in a construction-based career path. The designed track is based on a studio teaching format and designed for graduates aiming for a design-based career path. Students can complete each track by completing 36 credit hours .

The courses for Construction Track: Integrated Building Processes I (3), Designed Track courses: Design-Construction Studio (7), Design-Construction Studio (6), Directed Elective (3). The combined courses for both the tracks are Executive Issues (3), Design and Construction Process (3), Graduate Seminar (1), Directed Elective (3), Integrated Building Processes II (3), Collaborative Practice (3), Collaborative Practice Lab (1), Directed Elective (3), Construction Information Systems (3), Design-Construction Studio (7), LEED for Integrated Delivery (3).
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students to be considered for admission must have completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution, or the equivalent from an international institution with good academic good standing in the institution last attended. They must have obtained any one of the following scores: a GPA of at least 2.75 on all undergraduate course work at an accredited United States institution in fulfillment of the requirements for a baccalaureate degree; a GPA of at least 3.0 on all graduate course work at an accredited United States institution in fulfillment of the requirements for a graduate degree; or an acceptable GRE scores. Also students whose native language is not English must demonstrate their proficiency in English language either with a TOEFL scores of at least 550 on the written test (213 on the computer based test, 79 on the Internet Based Test with 16 in each section) or IELTS scores of at least 6.5.
