Ringkasan program
This program provides practitioners and scholars with a deeper understanding of theoretical, policy, design and ethical issues in dispute resolution. The students should requires atleast 24 credit hours of study with a minimum of 15 credits are required courses in dispute resolution and the remaining 9 credits are electives. Students can apply six (6) credits of graduate-level courses outside the Law School toward the LL.M. graduation requirements.
Modul program
The courses include Arbitration Seminar, Major Research Project, Methods for Dispute Resolution Program Evaluation and Design, Non-Binding Methods of Dispute Resolution, Understanding Conflict, Group Dynamics and Conflict Resolution, Organizational Change in a Community and Global Context, Practicum on Dispute Resolution Training and Education and Theory and Practice of Theatre of the Oppressed.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
The applicant should have a J.D degree from an accredited institution with a minimum grade point average of 2.5 (A=4.0) for J.D program and a 3.0 GPA for work completed in any additional graduate or advanced degree programs, a satisfactory score on the Law School Admission Test, two letters of recommendations, a resume, a personal statement and International applicants must have a score of TOEFL Test.
