This is designed for attorneys who intend to practice in the fields of patent, copyright, and trademark law. The curriculum in the Intellectual Property LLM program includes courses covering every aspect of intellectual property law, from basic courses in patent, copyright, and trademark, to enforcement, litigation and dispute resolution, among others.

Economic Foundations of Legal Studies 3, Patent Law I 2, Trademark Law 3, Copyright Law 3, Introduction to U.S. Law 0, Patent Law II 2, Multinational Intellectual Property and Policy Seminar 2, Patent Litigation and Dispute Resolution 2, Legal and Economic Theory of IP 2, Trade Secrets Law 1, Patent and Know-How Licensing 2, Elective 2-3, Thesis, IP Seminar or Writing Course 2-3.

Applicants must submit all transcripts from college- or university-level degrees. An official transcript (including grades) showing completion of a law degree in a country other than the U.S.500-word statement of educational and professional goals, double-spaced, that will serve as both a statement of purpose and a writing sample. Resume. Two letters of recommendation.GRE or Gmat scores should be send .TOEFL score report sent and should be not less than 2 years old.
