Ringkasan program
This program has a history of successfully preparing students for doctoral studies in the mathematical sciences as well as for positions in industry. Graduate classes are small (5-8 students) and the standard of teaching is high; faculty compete for graduate class assignments. The entire faculty consists of eight Professors, ten Associate Professors, and eight Assistant Professors. Seventeen of the 26 faculty members have published research articles in refereed journals within the past three years and are designated "graduate" faculty; that is, eligible to teach in the graduate program. The department has about a quarter of a million dollars in teaching related grants and close to one million in research related grants over a three year period. This program is conveniently located in Bell Hall, across the street from the campus library, a student cafeteria, and museum. Graduate student offices are intermingled with faculty offices. All of the offices are separate from classrooms creating an environment conducive to learning.

Mathematics are Mathematics 3531 (Real Variables), Mathematics 3551 (Complex Variables), Mathematics 3580 (Mathematical Statistics I) and Mathematics 3596 (Graduate Research).
