The program in Real Estate provides students with a comprehensive understanding of real estate financial and quantitative decision making processes, and advanced issues in valuation and land economics, knowledge of critical legal issues, and techniques for market and feasibility studies and real estate investment analysis. The program in Real Estate is characterized by ethically responsible and socially conscious real estate decision makers and industry leaders. Graduates of the program work in all aspects of real estate. Areas of employment include commercial and industrial brokerage, corporate real estate, valuation, finance, development, investment, asset management, government service, and non profit organizations.

The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university or its equivalent. A minimum scores in Test of English as a Foreign Language 550 Paper-based, 213 Computer-based, 80 Internet- based with a minimum score of 20 for both the writing, and speaking sections of the test School code 6110. Michigan English Language Assessment Battery 80, International English Language Testing System, 6.5 for graduate programs. Master’s programs require a bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent degree if earned outside the U.S.) for admission. An overall grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.7 meets minimum requirements, but applicants with lower GPAs will be considered based on their professional experience.
