i enjoyed the course. it was right near the yarra which made for lots of good field work because we were studying the environment. great teachers, they communicate well. a worthwhile place to study.

i did receive assistance with how to fill in forms. they were very strict and not very flexible with my circumstances at the time. i didn't have enough money to enrol and they wouldn't let me enrol. best to have your money ready.

no funding opps avail as far as i can remember. i got a centrelink load. my advice is to ask the enrolment people. you shouldnt be scared of asking because that what they are there for.

You need to atleast study 24 hours a week. great course. really liked on site walking around hands on practical stuff the best. yes i did receive study support as teachers were helpful at times. good value. i didnt get work out of it but gained lots of experience

facilities quite good. one room didnt have any windows so very dark and hot. i liked how it was central and near fairield park so you can go on a nice walk. friendly local. work is dependant on the season although i sound work ok. not aware of student union.

yes and no. there were a lot of jobs going in revegetation but it is seasonal so not always easy to get.. and i have changed paths now too. i am now using the knowledge gained for my own hobbies.
