I find that studying here is a little bit harder than studying in Indonesia. First, the way we study in Australia is so different compare to in Indonesia. We have to be able to speak, analyse, and criticise. Second, language can be a hard barrier for international students. Advice: prepare for this before boarding to study abroad.

I had an agent that processed the whole enrolment. So, it was not so difficult for the application and enrolment, because the agent has done it all. As long as we submit all the documents and meet all the requirements needed, the process is not stressful. Further, we can always contact the uni via e-mail to find out about the progress of the application.

The company I'm working for offers master scholarship each year. The information is accessible, and we had to deal with several selection tests. However, to secure the financial assurance it is better to find a part time job while you are here.

My course needs more analysing skills and a lot of readings. The facilities such as the library are very useful for me to get all the sources I need. The lecturers are very supportive, applying equal treatments for international students regardless we are international students. However, they really put an emphasis on our study. They ask us to show our best efforts in studying. What they expect from the unit outcome is well-stated, so we know what we are required for.

I do enjoy all the facilities here, because they are quite accessible and comfy. The people are also friendly and helpful with international students. Maybe it is due to their long experiences with international students.

I surely hope so. My company would not send me here without offering a more heavy but prospective responsibilities. After graduation, I'm certainly going to work for my company again, hoping I can give more contributions to my country.
