This is a high standard university. I really like the atmosphere and the learning environment at the Uni. The most important piece of advice I can give to students is that going to ACU is one of the best experiences that you have.
The selection process is very easy. You just need to prepare all documents and you will be successful in securing a postion at the Uni. The admin staff are very easy to talk to, and I think you will enjoy your time there very much.
There are some funding available for nursing, but they are just for domestic students. For international students like us, the funding is limited. You can search for some forms of scholarships on the University's website.
My study experience was really good. The best bits are that I can have access to international standard equipment when I did my internship. I recieved all the support that I need. The course is very value for money. I spent 30 hours to study each week.
My life experience in ACU is great. I enjoy the local areas and the food. My fellow friends are very friendly. Accommodation is affordable in my area. It is very value for money. It was very easy to find part time job. The student union was very helpful in finding part time job for students. I joined a lot of clubs and societies.
My job prospect definitely increased thanks to the study at ACU. I wil be keeping in touch with other fellow alumni. There is an alumni association I join. I am working as a nurse in a local hospital in Brisbane.
