I have no regret after chosen Australian Catholic University as my university. I would tell all potential students the same thing as well.
My sister was a student here at Australian Catholic University (ACU) and she told me it is a very good university and asked me to come and study.
Funding and scholarships are available for students who are in financial needs.
The thing I like best about my course is the practical part. Everything is so real. The thing I see, the thing I touch, and the thing I learn. This strand of study provides me with underpinning knowledge and frameworks that inform professional nursing practice. Knowledge applications from a range of disciplines and philosophies are integrated to develop an understanding and appreciation of the discipline of nursing and the complexity of health care. Disciplines and philosophies include ethics, theology, law, psychology, sociology, communication theory, information technology, leadership and research.
Brisbane campus is located at Benyo. It can easily reached by bus, train or car. Free parking is available on campus. There are many clubs and societies for students to join. Friendships can be easily build on and off campus since the local area is full of nice people.
At the moment it is not easy to find a job but I believe my degree can help me to find a job easier than the others. I will try to find a job after graduation.
